His experience in this role allowed him to recognize the demand for a professional representative firm in international markets. Throughout his career, Hugo has worked with prominent video analytics manufacturers and security system manufacturers, significantly expanding their market shares in Latin America. Additionally, he has led high-performing teams in one of the largest distributors globally. By having firsthand experience in both manufacturing, representing firms, and distribution, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the market's dynamics, including influence and access.

With a background encompassing living in both Latin America and the United States, Hugo comprehends the complexities involved in conducting international business.
